Service is top-notch from this company. Curt and the entire staff with whom I've interacted have bent over backward to make sure my needs were met. When I brought back a small Honda outboard 8+ years after they had repaired it and explained that the problem had not been corrected, Randy suspected it was something that had been missed during the repair, and he eventually found and corrected the problem. On top of that, they ate half the bill because it was something small they had missed during the repair. I call that superb service! It's the kind that makes you tell all your neighbors to patronize The Boat Shop.
